Young Christians Weekend - Deadline

We are taking a fun trip to Silver Dollar City for it's Young Christians' Weekend on April 7-8. Thrill rides! Concerts! Awesomeness! The cost is $75+food. We need to know ASAP if you can commit to going.

Who: Grades 6-12
When: April 7-8
Cost: $75 + food. (If you're a SDC season pass holder the cost is $25 + food, cost includes Hotel cost split)
Lodging: Hotel Grand Plaza Hotel and Conference Center

Activity Release Form. Every student must have one on file (printed & signed) in the West Side office to attend. Mark can let you know if your student already has one on file.

8:00 AM: Depart for Silver Dollar City 
11:00 AM: Arrive at Silver Dollar City (Students should bring own money for meals)
6:30ish - 9:00pm - Dinner and walk around Branson Landing: Students will be in groups and should bring own money for meals)
10:00pm: Settle into Hotel at Branson Grand Plaza

Sunday April 8, 2018
10:00 AM: Silver Dollar City
3:00 PM: Depart for West Side
5:15 PM: Arrive for parents to pick up (this time might adjust depending on traffic)

1 - No Sunday night gathering (a large group is in Dallas at L2L)
8 - No Sunday night gathering (WSYM is in Branson this day)
15 - WSYM Lunch with our Hispanic Ministry

• Bring a dish or food for your family knowing you will share. 
• We will fellowship and learn new songs in Spanish in preparation for bi-lingual service May 6th. 
• This will be our Sunday night gathering. 

22 - WSYM - Summer event Information - Meal - Pizza 

• Discuss the Summer "Major trips", cost, and participation expectations. 
• Bring a few $$ to help cover the pizza. 

29 - WSYM - Devotional 5pm - Meal

Senior Sunday - MAY 20th 

Believe it or not this school year is quickly coming to a close.  We have a group of Seniors that are graduating into adulthood.  We would like to congratulate them on their achievements thus far on May 20th durning the Sunday Service and a WSYM-Friends meal after service.

What is needed?
Seniors Parents/Caretakers:

• Please submit the students Senior Photo (of themselves) ASAP to mark@westsidear.org 
• Also, Please submit 10 - 15 pictures for each student to be included in a Senior Slide show.  Should be submitted via digital format (google drive, drop box, usb drive).  Please let me know if this is an issue and we can get this resolved.  No later than May 6. 
• Each graduating Senior will have a table to represent them, please be prepared with photos, awards, achievements to be displayed at this table. Also, if the student is planning on going directly into the work-force and/or college, the student will need to have a sign communicating this information available at their table. 
• Information form needs to be filled out no later than May 6.
