WSYM Update | January 18, 2017

Hey WSYM! 

Here's a rundown of what's in store for the WSYM in the coming weeks...

1. MIDWEEK is on for TONIGHT(1/18) we will be having pizza and hang time at 5:30PM. Bible study will start at 6:30PM.
2. CHRISTeens is coming! WE NEED YOU and here's how...
   • HOST A GROUP! Signup sheets are available in the lobby. The only way some groups are able to attend is due to the fact that their housing is provided by members at West Side! This is an amazing way to help! Generally, hosts provide some snacks and breakfast for the visiting groups.
   • COORDINATE FOOD for Family Center groups. There are a few groups that are housed in the Family Center. We need a point person to organize the snacks and breakfast that the host home would normally provide and we need one or two volunteers to help. 
   • Sign up to work at the MERCHANDISE table. Each year we sell shirts and other CHRISTeens merch and we need at least two people at the table during the conference. There are certain time slots available and there will be a signup sheet posted soon.
   • Sign up to USHER. We need people willing to direct traffic, answer questions, and monitor the event. If this sounds like you, there will be a sheet in the foyer posted in the next couple weeks.
3. Be sure to check out the recent NEWSLETTER that came out for January! It is full of reminders and articles specifically for you parents!
4. High Schoolers! On February 4, we're taking a trip to tour Harding University and attend a HU basketball game. Sign up in the Cornerstone or online HERE. 
5. We're having a Super Bowl watch party on February 5! More info coming soon!!!
