As the Fall Retreat @ Camp Caudle approaches it would appear we will have a small group. It has been tempting at times to cancel, due to light attendance, a couple of the students expressed the desire to keep it scheduled.  This was encouraging and challenging as now I must rethink the approach originally planned for the weekend.   Just think about some of your best trips, it likely only had a few people.   Sandi and I will be the adults on this outing as we stay in "The Lodge" at Camp Caudle. The schedule will include four major class sessions, one improvement project for Camp, some entertaining games and some basic chill time.  The theme "Self" will allow us to focus on some personality traits/behaviors and personal gifts for Kingdom living.   Many of the students mentioned they have other activities on Saturday.  I am inviting anyone who would like to join us for Friday night and Saturday night to join in the fun. My request is we have adult communication about your availability.  As we try to keep the cost of these retreats down we still have to pay for the event.  Cost $35. This pays for part of the renting of the retreat center, food, and activity.  Deadline to sign up Wednesday, November 14th. As you can see below we have 8th and 9th graders signed up.
