EVENT DETAILS | Retreat 2016

Description //
Retreats are great! Not only does an event like a retreat allow for fun activities and relationship building, but it also allows us to RETREAT from the usual, RETREAT from the everyday, and RETREAT from the distractions. Retreats offer our youth an opportunity to slow down, to focus on the important, and to reenergize their soul. The Retreat is December 9-11 at Camp Caudle and is for grades 6-12. Register by November 27.

Theme //
"It's a Meaningful Life" -- A look at Ecclesiastes about what gives our life purpose and what we an do about it. Preston Conder -- CCSC apprentice -- will be our guest speaker.

What to Bring //
Bible
Notebook
Pencil
​Bedding (twin)
Pillow
Toiletries (Tooth brush, toothpaste, towel, soap, deodorant, etc)
Warm clothes
Flashlight
Appropriate clothing for two nights (nothing revealing)

Release Form //
To participate in a WSYM event, your child needs a Release Form on file. Please download, print, read, and sign the WSYM Student Release Form and return it to Jake or the West Side Church of Christ office.
