Young Christians' Weekend at Silver Dollar City is coming up this weekend - April 1-2. It’s going to be awesome and we're taking a big group! This is a fun trip for our youth at Silver Dollar City - One of America's Top 10 Parks! The March 2017 Newsletter is up! The Newsletter is full of reminders and articles for you parents. Be sure to read the event details carefully and let me know if you have any questions!

IMPACT is a summer event at Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN designed to provide an atmosphere for teens that enables the development of a personal faith, which will impact their world for Christ. IMPACT Senior is for those entering the 9th grade thru graduating seniors.

The main focus of IMPACT is Christ. Whether it is through prayer, praise, classes, or the messages of the speakers, IMPACT week has been one that teens cherish. The IMPACT theme is always a mystery till the curtain opens. The theme is developed with varied emphasis on different elements of Christian faith from evangelism and textual studies to spiritual development.

The total cost for Impact 2017 (June 20-25) is $225/person, BUT the WSYM will cover $75 of the cost. That makes $150 the total registration cost to you. That's an amazing deal for such a great experience. The registration fee covers the cost of the conference, lodging, and onsite food. The only other costs will be for two meals — lunches during travel. Students may also want to bring spending money for snacks and merchandise. If this is still a stretch for you family, please let me know and we’ll work out a way your student can attend. Do NOT let money keep them from going!

Sign up in the Cornerstone or online (starting Thursday). You can also let Jake know. Those attending need to have signed up by APRIL 26!

We are taking a trip to Silver Dollar City for it's Young Christians' Weekend on April 1-2. The cost is $60+food. We need to know ASAP if you can commit to going. The deadline to sign up is March 19.

Midweek is BACK for tonight (March 1). We'll open the Cornerstone up at 5:30 for pizza and hang time. Remember that the pizza and drinks are $3 per person or $10 for a family of 4 or more. Please remember to pay!

Tonight the teens will gather all together around 6:25 for announcements and big group time and then divide up into TWO Bible studies. One for grades 6-8 and one for grades 9-12. The 6th-8th graders will gather back in the main room while grades 9-12 will stay in the amphitheater. We're starting a study of Acts. It's going to be great! Especially after the message of CHRISTeens!!!
